Singapore Visa Outsourcing

As of 15th January 2009, The High Commission of The Republic of Singapore in Kuala Lumpur have outsourced the submission of visa applications to 4 travel agents in Malaysia effective 15 December 2008.

With effect from 15 December 2008, the Singapore High Commission will implement the Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE), a system which facilitates visa applications via the internet.

In line with the implementation of SAVE, applications for Singapore visas have been outsourced to four visa processing agencies. These agencies will liaise with the Singapore High Commission for the submission and collection of the visas on behalf of the applicants. Applicants can submit their visa applications to any one of the following four visa processing agencies:

The visa processing fee payable is RM 71 for each visa application. The processing fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.

There is also a service fee of RM 29 for each visa, chargeable by the processing agencies for their services.

Note: Walk-in visa application will no longer be accepted at the High Commission after 15 December 2008. Please contact one of the above processing agencies.
